Breakfast Casserole

I have made this breakfast casserole several times for big groups and it's always a big hit!

Put two layers of sliced white bread (cheap sandwich bread) in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups grated cheddar cheese. Over the cheese, lay about 9 slices of cooked bacon (you can microwave it - and I break it into bite-sized pieces so it's easier for serving).

Beat together: 8 eggs, 1 1/2 c milk, 3/4 tsp ground mustard, and a dash of onion salt. Pour mixture over other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 c milk; spread over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 1 hr 15 min at 300. Delicious!
