These are similar to Red Lobster's biscuits and I always serve them with Chicken Noodle Soup for dinner!
2 c Bisquick
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
2/3 c milk (use part cream to make them more rich!)
6 TB melted butter
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp parsley
Preheat oven to 450. Mix cheese into dry Bisquick. Add milk and mix just until it comes together. If it seems too dry, add another TB of milk but you don't want the batter too wet. Drop into 12 balls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes. Mix spices into melted butter and brush on to rolls while still hot on the pan.
